1. Return of purchased goods can be made within 14 days from the date of its receipt - with the exception of cases described in section 2.
2. Returns cannot be made for
- gloves personalized for the customer, e.g. imprint on the gloves
- a product ordered at the customer's request
- a product which bears traces of use
3. Goods returned can not bear traces of use.
4. Goods should be sent in original packaging with proof of purchase and return form.
5. The returned product includes a free item. Returning the product alone without the free item constitutes an incomplete refund and will not be accepted.
6. If you choose to return the money to the customer's bank account, you must provide the bank account number to which payment will be returned. Shipping costs are not refunded.
7. Packages sent to us on delivery will not be collected.
